Terms of Use
Effective November 5, 2026. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Information only
This website gives general information about Apex Freedom Fund LLC. Nothing on it is an offer to buy any property, a commitment of any kind, or legal, tax or financial advice. Any purchase happens only through a signed written agreement.
Buying property
When we buy property, we buy for our own account. We are not acting as your real estate agent or broker and we do not represent you. You are encouraged to have your own agent or attorney review any offer. If we intend to assign a purchase contract or sell an option instead of closing ourselves, we will give the written disclosures Texas law requires before you sign.
Call and text message program
- What it is: If you check the consent box on one of our forms, Apex Freedom Fund LLC may call and text you about your request and related real estate and land opportunities, including by automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice.
- Not required: Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: Reply STOP to any text, or tell us in any reasonable way, such as on a call, by email or through our contact page. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number for others’ marketing.
