What we collect

Information you give us in our forms, such as your name, phone number, email, company, property address, and details about a property or deal.
Your contact choices, including whether you agreed to calls and texts, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
Basic technical information sent by your browser when you submit a form, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you were on. We keep this as a record of your request and your consent.

How we use it

To respond to your request and follow up about it.
To review a property or a deal you sent us.
If you checked the consent box, to call and text you about your request and related real estate and land opportunities.
To keep records, prevent fraud and spam, and meet our legal obligations.

Calls and text messages

We only call or text you using automated technology or a prerecorded or artificial voice if you have given us permission, and giving permission is never required to work with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by telling us on a call, replying to any email, or using our contact page. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and no later than 10 business days.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our own messages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that run our website, email, phone and record keeping for us, who may use it only to provide those services.
With title companies, attorneys, appraisers, surveyors and similar parties when needed to complete a transaction you asked us to pursue.
