Apex Freedom Fund grew out of years of hands-on real estate work in Texas, especially buying, splitting and selling land.
Our name says what we care about. Apex is about doing the work at the highest level. Freedom is what good real estate can create for a family. Everything we do comes back to our motto: Empowering Family Futures.

Dustin Boese
CO-FOUNDER, APEX FREEDOM FUND
Dustin Boese is Co-Founder of Apex Freedom Fund. The company’s tagline says it plainly: Empowering Family Futures.
Raised in Austin and still rooted in Central Texas, Dustin has spent the past decade in real estate. He has worked deals from every angle, including private lending, fix-and-flips, rentals, and raw land. He knows how to read a deal, how to structure it, and how to see it through to the finish.
Alongside his partner Chris Wilson, Dustin buys, holds, and develops property across Texas with discipline and a long view, and the company plans to build legacy holdings in multiple states over time. He does business with honest dealings, plain talk, and a handshake that means something.
His aim is to build something that lasts: a company, a portfolio, and a legacy that gives his family, and the families Apex serves, a firm foundation to build on. Faith is his foundation. Experience is his edge. Every deal gets done right.
Off the clock, Dustin is Shaina’s husband and a dad to five, and the family spends every chance they get hunting, hiking, and outdoors together. In business and at home, Dustin builds the same way: with care, with conviction, and to last.

Chris Wilson is Co-Founder of Apex Freedom Fund. The company’s tagline is simple on purpose: Empowering Family Futures.
Chris builds around land. That means buying, holding, and developing real property the right way, one parcel at a time, with a long view. Alongside his partner Dustin Boese, he works the company’s land and real estate projects carefully across Texas, and the company plans to build legacy holdings in multiple states over time. Chris keeps his word, and he measures success by what still stands for the next generation.
His goal is to build a durable company and a durable set of assets that give his family, and the families Apex serves, more freedom, more options, and something real to stand on. Faith keeps him grounded. Grit keeps him moving. Follow-through is non-negotiable.
Off the clock, Chris coaches AZ Rising 18U Westover softball. He is Tara’s husband and a dad of three wonderful children who keep him young. He is still learning, still building, still grateful, and still working so the work outlives him.
